I would like to introduce myself as the new CEO of Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates. I’ve lived in the Tri-State area my entire life and had the opportunity to work for Deloitte, Procter & Gamble and General Electric in a variety of roles over the last 20+ years. My family and I are fortunate to call Northern Kentucky our home for over 10 years.
I am thrilled to be at Tri-State Gastroenterology Associates and excited to be part of an organization who has such a positive impact on the community it serves. When making my decision to join, 3 areas stood out:
1) The Mission: “To provide compassionate, high quality, cost-effective care to patients with gastrointestinal related problems.” Feedback from friends, neighbors, family members and my personal experience as a patient confirms a relentless focus on patient care. This is also supported by a national award for patient satisfaction with a score of 97.6%.
2) Quality of Care: Our providers have over 170 years of combined experience in the care of patients with Gastroenterological needs. In addition, many of our physicians have been named to Cincinnati Magazine Top Doctor and Northern Kentucky Magazine Top Doctor several years in a row.
3) Family Environment: We are an independent practice (physician owned, not insurance or hospital owned) made up of compassionate individuals who live in the communities we serve.
I want to assure you that our primary focus will continue to be living our Mission Statement by providing the highest-quality patient care. We have instituted a new electronic medical record, Epic. This will allow a more seamless communication with our referring physicians and open more opportunities for communication with our patients as well. We are and continue to be an independent practice serving our local and regional community.
